The Barn at Sandcastle Farm has something for everyone. Whatever you need to make your day special, our venue can go from rustic and charming to chic and fabulous! We can accommodate you and your guests no matter the occasion. We want to celebrate with you! Contact us or simply schedule a tour.
Whether you want to host just your ceremony at The Barn at Sandcastle Farm or your reception too, we can accommodate you and your guests just as you vision your wedding day! To make it easier on our couples to book one venue instead of multiples, we also have rehearsal dinner space available for up to 50 guests.
With seating up to 175 guests for wedding day, among many other amenities, we also have seasonal beverage stations available to keep your guests cool or warm before and during your nuptials. Non Alcoholic Beverage stations will be priced per person. Also included when you book your wedding with us is our list of preferred vendors. HOURLY RENTALS - PARTIES & EVENTS
Weddings are great, but they’re not our only specialty! We offer hourly rates for parties and events listed below. Contact us if you have questions about another type of event you’re hosting and we’ll do our very best to accommodate your needs!

Rental Rates vary based on guest count.
Up to 50 guests, 3 hour minimum [set up/break down not included]
For 51-175 guests, 4 hour minimum [set up/break down not included]
30% of your total is due to reserve your date. The remaining balance can be broken down into payments as long as the remainder is paid no later than 30 days before your event. (5% discount if paid in full with signed contract.)
10% military/service discount
We accept cash, check and Venmo. Credit cards are also accepted (processing fees applicable).
